We are looking for a world-class Visual Designer for Web Editorial Design team. This is a role for the visual designer, communicator and problem solver who wants to have their hands on several things at once; who can deliver end-to-end design across media types, screens, formats and technologies; and who can collaborate well with others.

Key Qualifications

• Experience creating the output of editorial design product (e.g., Magazines, Digital Content, Journalism, etc.)
• Passion for a wide variety of editorial, digital and magazine/publishing and systems design
• Fluency across graphic design, typography, photography, illustration and motion
• Conceptual thinker who is strategically-centred
• Demonstrates command of visual and communication design principles
• Clear and concise communication, organization skills and ability to work across time zones
• A keen ability to create work under minimal supervision, as well as package and present solutions to the wider creative team. Quickly and beautifully.
• Ability to create engagin visual designs for social media and online promoting channels.

Additional Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in delivering strategic and editorial ideas across digital, social or static form factors.
• 4+ years relevant design or creative leadership experience required; bonus for tours in publishing, magazines, or content creation/delivery
• Clear and concise communication and organization skills

• Motion Graphics experience is a plus

2. Web Designer / Developer

We are looking for a professional website developer to work within our technical support team and monitor our production servers. This job requires advance knowledge in web development, web security, and web server operations in Windows environment. Moreover, the applicant should have excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills and the ability to produce high-quality technical and non-technical reports in regular basis.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor or diploma in computer science, computer programming, or software engineering
• 3 years experience in web design with HTML5, CSS, and jQuery
• 3 years experience in development with: MVC, SQL Server, and Entity Framework
• Experience in dealing with Internet servers, domains and internet security
• Good knowledge of search engine optimization SEO
• Proficiency in Arabic and English in writing and speaking

3. IT Help Desk Agent

Details

The Helpdesk Agent is responsible for providing high-quality customer service and technical support to all Menasite clients and users. In this role, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service, via phone and in person, concerning all aspects of technology provided by Menasite.
• Record all customer contacts, questions, and problems in the ticketing system including impact and priority.
• Record problem symptoms and status information in a timely fashion, and communicate internally within the customer care department and externally with the customer through resolution.
• Conduct front line problem determination using documented procedures and available tools.
• Act as customer advocate/liaison with other supporting staff.
• Document trouble tickets as escalated by Tier 1 support.
• Provide status to customers of assigned tickets.
• Provide technical project support as necessary.

Job Requirements

• Service Desk, Call Center, IT Help Desk Experience Required (Minimum 6 months to 1 year)
• Candidates must have clear and effective verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Excellent Customer Service Experience Required
• Excellent follow through and attention to detail.
• Experience with Telephone and Ticketing Systems.
• Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of website maintenance and operations.
  • Knowledge of networks and client-server protocols and configurations.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
